This versatile precision manufacturing process can be applied to work pieces measuring from 1” to 60” in diameter, and 1” to 30” in height, all to tolerances of ±.005” to ±.030”, depending on specifications. All housings undergo rigorous inspections by a highly trained quality control department that uses many inspection tools including CMM, SPC capabilities, vernier calipers, and micrometers.
